It's been a while since I posted here. I got some time to Mr. Martin (Robert) Marcus to earn some money and give back to people. Unfortunately, he thinks is smarter than others and instead of trying to give money back to people he is hiding and changing places.
He closed his office on 243 Well Street in Hackney and moved to Finchley.

Another reason why not to deal with Marcus Page Ltd - trading name: City Living Hackney, London
Every day I get more news about them and I am happy to share with you.
Maras (http://www.maras.co.uk) is a company which offers services for Estate Agencies, provide insurance services and credit information.
You can find Maras as a principal for Marcus Page Ltd (243 Well Street, London, E9 6RG) at http://www.fsa.gov.uk. I called Maras company today and they told me that Marcus Page Ltd. doesn't work with them anymore.
It looks like they try to improve their image with providing not real information.
More, 2 weeks ago they wanted to charge me £50 for Maras's service and I know that they still charge their potential customer with that fee!
So be aware of them - it is not worth to deal with it.
They still didn't return my money, don't pick up the phone or pretend that they are on meetings or not in the office.
I have also good news: Maras company provided me with a list of organizations who help individuals like me and I am going to contact them all. The more people know about them the less impact they have and less people they are able to cheat.
I will post some more news soon....

City Living Scam...
Official company name is Marcus Page Ltd. - they trade under City Living in Hackney, London.
This is how they behave now: I call them and ask to speak to Martin or Joseph (this guy deals as them but is not an employee), they transfer the call to someone from those two but in fact the call is never transferred. I call them again in next few minutes and nobody picks up the phone. I call them again in next hour and they pretend that there is nobody who can talk to me and if I want to leave a message, I leave a message but they never call back.
I write this blog with good intentions only and I want to save a lot of your frustrations and time. It is not worth to deal with them at all.

Welcome to my new blog about City Living Hackney
I will tell you a real story here. My intention is very clear - save your time and not to deal with thieves.
Be aware of City Living Hackney Thieves! They call themselves estate agency - in fact they are liars and cheat people. This is my story:
They had fake offer, signed fake contract with me on behalf of landlord where they didn't have any contract with landlord. I send to them £1700 as deposit + first rent and they don't want to give it back after i discovered their scam.
